Totality Martial Arts is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization dedicated to providing health & wellness programs for our community through martial arts, yoga & fitness.

Our classes are designed to bring the best of traditional martial arts & modern combat sports to you in a safe, fun & effective way. With coaching from tenured experts in martial arts and conditioning instruction, you can be sure that our training methods will offer you the best work outs of your life while learning essential & practical life skills that extend far beyond the mat.

We believe that martial arts is for every body, from the serious enthusiasts to those who are just looking for an inspiring way to get into shape & have fun.     

Totality Martial Arts proudly works in partnership with Stonewall Abbey Wellness, Sperryville’s premier fitness facility.

Our Programs

Kid’s Kung Fu & Yoga

(ages 4-7)

  • x2 classes a week: 45 minutes, one day Kid’s Kung Fu & exercise, the second day Yoga & play

  • Martial arts class includes age appropriate physical fitness conditioning, games & martial arts training in Shaolin Kung Fu

  • KAY (Kidding Around Yoga) is a playful way to explore the 8 Limbs of yoga with music, crafts & games

 

Youth Martial Arts & Fitness

(ages 8-13)

  • x2/60 minutes Youth Martial Arts Classes a week

  • included optional (youth & adult) Shaolin Kung Fu Classes on Saturdays

  • Martial arts class includes age appropriate physical fitness conditioning, team building, anti bullying & contact martial arts training in Grappling, Kickboxing and Shaolin Staff.

 

Teen & Adult Combat Sports, Martial Arts & Fitness

(ages 13+)

  • All Inclusive Access to our Gym & our entire class schedule !

  • Choices of classes include; Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kung Fu, Yoga & Fitness.

  • Access to a Certified Personal Trainer for strength & conditioning programming (weight lifting, weight management & body composition, sports specific strength & agility) with x4 small group training sessions a week!

 

Walk With Courage

Women’s Self Defense & Empowerment

Weekend Workshops scheduled throughout the year for the public, as well as private group training (contact us to schedule yours). Simple, safe & effective training in situational awareness & prevention planning, physical techniques & self defense tools.

Senior’s Fitness & Mobility

We are working with senior centers and other non profits to provide wellness programming to the older population in our community. Our staff includes Nationally certified personal trainers & physical therapists who volunteer their time with exercise classes, fall prevention and emergency protocols workshops, Qigong (breath & body movement), chair yoga & other fun physical activities!

 

Qigong for Every Body

(Chi-Kung)

Connecting breath to movement. This class incorporates a variety of gentle breathing methods, flowing movements, and mindfulness meditation, it can be practiced by absolutely anyone, regardless of their age, health & fitness level.
