SanShou Kickboxing

Based in the Science of the 8 Limbs Muay Thai & Sanshou/Sanda Kickboxing from the Tai Mantis System, you will learn to use and defend kicks, knees, elbows, punches, clinching, throws & takedowns. This class includes conditioning, bag work, pad work, partner drilling & sparring.

  • Technique

  • Partner Drilling

  • Sparring

  • Stretching

This class is for all levels. Students paired off accordingly.
