Youth Martial Arts & Fitness (ages 8-13)
x2/60 minutes Youth Martial Arts Classes a week
optional x1 90 minutes (youth & adult) Shaolin Staff Class on Saturdays 12:15pm (outside)
Martial arts class includes age appropriate physical fitness conditioning, team building & contact martial arts training in Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Shaolin Staff.
Kid’s Kung Fu & Yoga (ages 4-7)
Martial arts class includes age appropriate physical fitness conditioning, games & martial arts training in Shaolin Kung Fu.
KAY (Kidding Around Yoga) incorporates age appropriate games, songs and activities centered around the teachings of Yoga’s 8 Limbs.
Your child will develop a strong foundation in our age appropriate skill based programs. Through physical fitness and teamwork, children develop the body & mind while having fun and making new friends! All of our classes are taught by Martial Arts Experts who are Nationally Certified Personal Trainers & Youth Exercise Specialists who make learning fun & engaging!

Totality Martial Arts Kid's & Youth Programs are relevant, fun, and engaging. This class challenges the students attention, creative thinking and listening skills as well as their physicality simultaneously. We gladly accept exceptional children with physical & cognitive challenges and have a PHD in Special Education staff member with over 25 Years Experience in Special Education & Administration as well as a National Certified Youth Exercise Specialist on hand. Learn more about our instructors HERE!
